My doodle puppy had her first groom at this wonderful salon! The two ladies welcomed us with such a friendly demeanor that my puppy was not even nervous around them at all. She showed her belly right away haha We booked the appointment with Jesse, I didn't catch the name in person if it was still Jesse. But she did such an amazing job with our pup, really showing to us that she only has good intentions to make her first groom a memorable experience. I recommend this salon and will definitely be back soon! Thank you for trimming our little black sheep
Our very curly Goldendoodle, Cinnamon, has been seeing Brittany since a pup, so for about a year and a half. Brittany is excellent with her, understands the cut we want, helps us learn the best ways to maintain her fur and everything else, and when we were moving away, she wrote everything down about from clipper length to products used, and even gave us food suggestions. I wish we were staying, and hope we get lucky enough in our new world to have someone as dedicated and above-and-beyond as she is. I'm glad we found Sophie's Pet Spa!
My review is based on misrepresenting the prices on the website and not clarifying the price when our dog was brought in. I understand their site says "All prices are estimates and are subject to change" but did not know that they charge an hourly rate for doodles. We were not informed this at our first visit which cost us $110 as advertised on the website and on our second visit we were only informed of the hourly cost when it was time to pay and were charged $168.00 or $70/hour, so almost a $60 difference! I have no problem if a grooming establishment wants to charge an hourly price but I believe there needs to be a better process in place to ensure the consumer knows.
My dog has never felt more soft and silky than after her visit to Sophie's! The staff did an excellent job and my pup and I are both very happy. Will definitely go back!
I have a Labradoodle and am very particular on how I like him cut. As my regular groomer was busy, I chose Whitemud Pet Grooming because 1, they returned my call you wouldn't believe how many messages I left at other groomers with no return call, 2, they had good reviews, and 3, the person I spoke to on the phone was informed and patient. When I dropped him off, I provided a lot of instructions on how I would like him to look from tail to eyebrows. This may sound overkill, but he's had too many bad cuts. I was very pleased when I picked him up. He was happy and his cut looked amazing...exactly what I wanted. So, kudos to Whitemud Pet Grooming Salon. I will definitely be returning.
I love taking my doggo to Whitemud Pet Grooming! He is always so excited when we arrived and he looks great afterwards- especially cause he can see again! The staff is very friendly and they do a terrific job. Archie is never stressed going to the groomers. We have been twice now and will continue to go as long as his hair keeps growing!
Absolute 10/5 stars did not think it would be anything out of the ordinary for grooming but they wend above and beyond. Apart from the *FLAWLESS* grooming, the staff are super friendly and clearly know exactly what they are talking about.
Jesse did an AMAZING job with my little Havanese. She had never been to a groomer before, and Jesse was able to do the complete dog deluxe package. I have always struggled to do things like her paws and ears, but Jesse cleaned them up perfectly. It was an amazing service for an amazing price! Before and after photos included
Jesse has been grooming my 2 dogs poodles and she does an amazing job. I've struggled to find a groomer that follows my instructions and doesn't insist on giving them stupid poodle cuts even when I ask them not to. Jesse does exactly what I ask her to and seems to really care about my dogs. They're always happy to be dropped off there.
