When we came in it felt a bit sketchy and we ordered a tea and espresso. Would not recommend the espresso. I would however recommend their Shalom special. It's like 13 dollars and is very very delicious. If I hadn't gotten the food, I wouldn't have gone back, but oh my goodness, I am so happy that I ordered it. It comes with this sour dough pancake/crepe thing, which I tried but didn't eat too much of. The part that made me love this place is the skillet that is part of the meal. It comes with beef, onions, and green peppers which have been wonderfully sauteed. The owner is a very nice man and deserves much credit for all that he did for us. We plan on going again soon to enjoy that delicious dish. Stop by and order a plate before judging the building. Again amazing food!

A fun, quirky place with good food and a great atmosphere. I foresee many study sessions here, and morning coffee breaks!

Omg horrible place . It's says on here that it's Ethiopian restaurant but it isn't. Sudanese owner . What does Sudanese know about Ethiopian food?? Totally nothing. And the chicken was uncooked. The Injera itself tasted like it was expire. This place needs to be shut down or bring a good cook . Had a can of mountain dew and the can was so sticky for the outside so disgusting.

Authentic spices and traditional cooking (as best I know), but the meats in my dish were so tough I couldn't eat most of it.
