Only giving one star because it will not let me give zero. Tried this location a couple of times to be fair...Every time they are out of something or they've gotten my order wrong. One time I even had the pleasure of watching a girl working the register give her number to a customer, with a 5 deep line of people waiting to place orders. I am surprised this place is still open. Most likely due to lack of choices in the area.

Friendly and fast service. Love the crispy chicken and the famous bowl. And you just have to have their coleslaw.

Went there an hour before close. The drive through menu lights were off. After completing the order, I was greeted by an employee more interested in her phone than having me pay for my food. After finally running my card, the employee tossed the receipt into a completely different bag than my food. When part of my food came I had to ask for the receipt and the employee promptly closed the door and turned around. A few minutes later I had to ask for my drink when the employee finally opened the door back up to see why I was still there and gave me a lot of attitude for asking my drink. Not impressed with that kind of service.

Plan on waiting and food that tastes like it's been there awhile. Oh wait time is always 15 minutes or better
