Shalimar Grill

We went to try biryani here with my friends. Clean and quite place. But to be honest didn’t like the food at all. The quality of the food is too low. We tried sheek kebab, butter chicken, naan, Halim and birayni. Normally all the places do halim with cube beefs or chicken so we ordered, supposed to see there was no beef than we asked the staff they saying it’s mixed and blended with halim. Trust me that halim was the worst halim I tried ever in my life. But the presentation of the food is nice. Price is reasonable. Only thing I am giving 1 star as food taste was noting was excepted. That’s all matters.

Drove by the place on Wed night, seems it was closed. Go to other places nearby, this one doesn't seem like it can function at all. Avoid this one. Years ago when this place was "Tabaq Restaurant" it was really nice but now it has gone downhill after being sold several times.

Food was exactly the way I asked for and fast without compromising quality . Excellent job .Thank you staff I will be back

Food is fresh and good value for money. Ordered the combo for two which included chicken biryani, karahi chicken, two chicken kebabs and 2 naans. We ordered an extra naan and we still had leftover biryani! Like the service and quality. Came with a salad too and some lovely mint raita.

One of the best Pakistani resturents. Great tasting food and the best naan in the GTA. Don't forget to try their Kulfi. Strongly recommended.

Worst ever Tandoori Chicken Leg !! Seems he has given me fried one. Chicken was not even fresh. Absolutely not recommended at all.

Every single time I try to order, they say its catering only today, call back tomorrow. They tell me the same the next day. When I ask why they keep doing this, they laugh and hang up. Dishonest liars!

Do not order boneless chicken. It’s as good as chicken with bones. You’ll find visible fragments of bones. The quality of the food is decent. 3/10 would recommend it.
