Shake Shake Fresh Tea

Great service and fresh ingredients. Fruit tea did not taste artificial like most chain restaurants. Prices are great too!

Oof. I love bubble tea but I have to say I didn't like their drinks. I usually get 50% sugar but I went with 70% because I was scared it won't be sweet enough. And sure enough at 70% it was not sweet. The milk tea tasted almost like water. The ceylon milk tea was bitter with a bit of oat milk flavour which is a weird flavour if you haven't had oat milk before. I added the tapioca and they tasted bad. The tapioca was mushy, sticky and had no flavour. I got it for half price and I still don't think it is worth the price. I feel like you can make better bubble tea at home. Quite disappointed. :

Just tried the Shake shake milk tea with black pearls. LOOOOOVE it so much. Best bubble teas in Ottawa! Guaranteed!

Went for the first time last night, and it’s amazing. I had the mango slush, and my mom had mango green tea. Definitely high quality ingredients being used, including real fruit! This is such a great place to have in Nepean. I only wish they were open on weekends

Great drinks, good location and friendly helpful customer service. I got the Taro Slush and it tasted just as good if not better than the pricier versions from more "established" places. Only reason not a 4.5 or 5 star review is there's no dessert like options, like brick toast, ice cream, shaved ice, pudding but hopefully those could be future menu additions. But there is sandwich and chocolate bars so there is food. Very impressed guys keep it up

Great Bubble tea, I like it better than the Chain Store CoCo. I'm so glad this opened up near where I live because before I could rarely get bubble tea since all of the shops were much farther than I would like to travel for a single drink. Definitely can expect a regular customer from me.

Amazing! I'm so happy to have easy access to Bubble Tea so close to my house! Everything is fresh and delicious. However, one of my favourites is the Lychee Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. This I can order a day or so in advance and bring to work the next day without fear that the Lychee Jelly will be stale unlike the tapioca pearls which are best eaten the day of

Great service, price and taste. Very refreshing on a hot day. Ordered a shake shake Mango. Used a generous amount of real mango. They also serve fresh sandwiches. Will definitely return.

The passion fruit aloe basil seed tea that has a whole fresh lime in It is hands down The best ice tea drink I have ever had. The brown sugar latte is also amazing I personally recommend changing from tapioca pearls to brown sugar jelly.
