Very kind and friendly staff who always make sure to ask how I'm doing! High quality ingredients and menu, I've enjoyed everything I've tried so far. Definitely recommend this place

A very cute little shop, had a Boba Tea and it was probably the best I've had in all of Ottawa. Extremely friendly staff and the idea of a loyalty card is very nice. The chocolate included with the tea is also a very nice touch, if you're going down bank I definitely recommend getting a drink here

They are super friendly and have incredible flavours. They have so much variety and they put so much effort and creativity in their menu. They use natural and organic fruits unlike the other places you’ll find, who use too much fructose!! I love this spot! Very cute, very nice!

Such a great place! They have so many amazing bubble tea options, not to mention how many vegan/dairy free substitutions that have available! The dumplings look delicious too! The staff have always been so incredibly kind and helpful, overall I definitely recommend Pomelo Hat!
