Five Guys

It used to be good, now it's Mediocre...at best, and way overpriced. They don't make shakes any more. There's a very limited soda selection. Fries are not crisp. And the burgers are see through. Kid-friendliness: Very casual. Parking: Parking fills up quickly when its busy...the building used to be a bank...not designed for a lot of customers at one time.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Staff was nice and bathroom was clean. Very generous with the lettuce I love it!!

This is a good place to grab a quick burger and fries. They were out of milkshakes when I went. The price on these burgers has gone up significantly. $50 for three people to get a little cheese burger, two fountain drinks, and split a large fry. Satisfying. I always eat too many fries.

As a delivery driver for Grubhub, I was disappointed with the service I received from 5 Guys. While the food is always good, the lack of consideration for delivery drivers was quite frustrating. When I arrived to pick up the order, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for an order that was only missing fries. By the time I got the order, the attendant was serving order 53, despite the order I was picking up being number 43. I understand that Friday nights can be busy, but not serving delivery drivers in order is disrespectful and bad for the delivery service they offer. I hope that 5 Guys can improve their service for delivery drivers in the future, as it is crucial for the success of their business.

Went today I went to Five Guys in New Haven on Amity Rd. I ordered a bacon cheese hot dog. Prior to leaving I decided to put ketch on the dog. I realized there was no cheese. When I brought this to their attention. The young man melt cheese on the greasy fryer and placed in aluminum foil.extremely poor service and lack of caring. Improperly giving dairy in the fashion. Rude and unnecessary. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate office.

Very very over priced burgers. I took my nephews there. Burgers are fresh made in front of you. Also on the menu are hotdogs and fries, Grill cheese, shakes. Not much. For a self-proclaimed burger place, why not have a veggie burger on the menu? All I had was fries and peanuts peanuts which are all you can eat, in big boxes throughout the restaurant, and very good i must say!. The fries are nothing to write home to mom about. And watched my nephews eat $8-10 burgers, sides extra! Never again. But at least we can say we have been, right? Easy on and off parkway. Clean, professional, you will have to wait bc it's cooked to order, but it's not crazy long wait.

1 of the 4 workers was very friendly, professional & courteous & working. Very Pricey yet tasty, Had to wait a little long ,Messy inside had to clean tables & chairs. I will give it another try.

This location had the fries already cooked, they were crunchy and cold. And to top it off they didn't put any in the bag. This time I didn't mind though.

Five guys uses natural potatoes which I love for their fries and their patties are so delicious. Vegetarian options: Love that they have veggies burgers
