Shaheen Tikka & Kabab House

I ordered my meal off Uber Eats so I can't speak to the poor customer service everyone else is experiencing. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and a chicken biryani. I usually like my food very spicy and this could have been a bit more more spicy. What shocked me the most was the Chicken Tikka Masala which was $15 didn't come with rice. For $15 I'd expect to get more than meat.

Honestly, the worst experience I ever had. The food is expensive. I ordered Haleem for 12.99$ and chicken Karahi for 13.99$, didn't know that they have such small portions. Both the haleem and Karahi came in small little soup cups and the Karahi was way too oily. They put 6 small pieces of chicken in a cup filled with oil. And they give a small container filled with lettuce which they call it salad.

Love the food! The naan bread is to die for. Favourites are: Tarka Daal, tawa kheema, haleem, bihari kabab are all amazing dishes. Our favourite place to visit. Been coming here for 10 years, still my most favorite restaurant

Great Pakistani cuisine! The 1 star deduction is for the poor service but the great food makes up for it. The customer service experience does need improvement but do visit this place for their amazing food. My favorites are the Tawa Qeema, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Karahi, Chargha, Kebabs and various other curries. I wasn't a huge fan of the Biryani or Butter Chicken but some of their other curries are quite amazing. Still one of my favorite spots in the GTA and it is worth a visit if you are nearby! Recommend this place if you can overlook the average customer service.
