It was the worst McDonald's my family and I have ever been to. It was consistently busy in the store and through drive-thru. The wait was awful. We were poking fun at a sign that said "Customers can remain seated for only 20 minutes, up to the discretion of the manager" - by the time we got our food we'd have to leave lol After a long wait already we were told they were out of Ranch sauce for the chicken wraps.... ? Finally after an awful wait we had our food... There was no ice and no ketchup. The ice machine looked jammed. Presumably the same with the ketchup. My poor husband took a drink, discovered his pop was flat. Bit into his burger, the bun was stale. My burger was literally dripping with mayo, and my coffee was maybe luke-warm at best. We didn't say anything to our kids, and they didn't complain, but they also didn't come close to finishing their meals. My husband asked me how in the world would product go stale with this location being so busy?! We didn't even bother going back to complain about our meals... We didn't want to wait another 20 minutes! Honestly, I don't know if just everyone at this location was having a bad day or if it's like this consistently, but either way, neither me nor my family will *ever* be back.

One of the worst McDonald’s locations that I’ve ever been too. Today I ordered a Double BLT Quarter Pounder meal with a Big Mac meal and a Cheeseburger for my dog. And they really messed up my order. Providing me with a double quarter pounder with one of the meats looking old and cooked almost four hours ago. I also ordered some BBQ sauce which they charged me for, that I did not get. Tried called the 24 hour McDonald’s and nobody picked up with no voicemail. Worst McDonald’s

Food was great. Service was fast. Table a little dirty and some of the pop was unavailable.
