Sew & Press

Brought a pair of slacks in to be let out. Dropped them off Monday afternoon to be picked up weds evening. Came to pick them up and they told me that they couldn't let the pants out and offered me a refund? No call, nothing. I needed these pants for an event the next day. You would think they would've called instead of letting 2 days go by. I could've went somewhere else.

Everything I have taken to them has been completed to a higher standard than what I was expecting (They treat my junkie things just like they treat my brand-new things), and they have ALWAYS been finished on time. No job too big, no job too small!

I brought my mother's wedding dress here to be altered for my wedding. Sew and Press did a wonderful job reconstructing the arms and back cut. I am willing to drive out of my way to use Sew and Press whenever I need something altered because I can trust the job will get done right.

Great work, fair price and very accommodating. I have tried to go to other tailors in the area and they are always so slow or will not commit to a completion date. Sew & Press has always been on time, even in tight time lines, and the quality of the workmanship is still very good.
