CJ team was communicative, on-time and professional, but my cream-colored carpet actually looked worse after they 'cleaned it.' There was some kind of brown tinge across the entire room. In all fairness, they offered to come back out, but I didn't want to go through the hassle a second time. After vacuuming, most of the brown tinge came off, but it was more work for me and the carpet does not look fresh. Also, I was under the impression this was not a 'wet' clean, but it took 3 days for the carpet to dry. Lastly, they dumped their buckets on my front steps which was more work for me to hand-clean it up after they left. They wouldn't discount me even a partial refund. Nice guys, but sadly, I will only give them one star.

Jim was so helpful, explaining everything and helping to make sure that my "pet issue" was resolved. I will definitely be using CJ's Chem-Dry for all my carpet cleaning needs! Thank you for everything and your amazing customer service! I can't recommend CJ's Chem-Dry enough!

I give them 5 stars. They are always on time, friendly, professional, experienced and have a smile on their face. They are also very resonable. I like to use them as well because I can't have chemicals in the house and I have pets as well.
