Seven Valley Fine Food & Deli

This friendly place is a great source for olives cheeses and other Mediterranean foods. We often pick up Turkish and Iranian ingredients but they source from all around the Mediterranean sea. They also offer a lunch service which is great. You can pick from about a dozen choices and take out more of the ones you like best. Highly recommended!

There are reviews here that say there's lunch or buffet but I went in March 2019 and they said they don't have that. They have seating but not sure for what. Being so close to a government office Selkirk trestle area with hundreds of workers, a lunch menu would probably be really good for business. There's nothing for bureaucrats to eat. My review is just based on them not having lunch. I can't speak on their selection of groceries so know that it's a negative review based on me being hungry and wanting Turkish food. Also don't think it's Ramadan but don't know if it's another time for fasting which could explain no food.

This is the best place to stop by. The owners will make you feel loved and cared for. Their lunches are awesome, and so cheap! They also have Russian food, and this is awesome as well! Locally owned and operated - this is something people should cherish nowadays.

Great little hidden gem. They have a little buffet that has great food. Especially of note, the twists are cheesy and delicious. Also, the baklava is to die for. Recently, new owners have taken over, and the food has gotten even better. Incredibly delicious!

A big shout out to SEVEN VALLEY’S and its NEW OWNERSHIP! I went in there and the family that own it now are SO lovely and friendly. Ramil who is the son asked what I was looking for and said if it’s not there they will try to order it. I was speaking to Amina the mother and she said she will be cooking new and wonderful things for the store! I’m so excited as I love Mediterranean food! So fresh and so good for you! Check it out! They also offer a student discount if you let him know and anything over $100 a discount!!! I’m so impressed!!! It’s located at 2506 Douglas St. On the corner of Bay and Douglas! It’s a thumbs up from me!!!

Great little family deli that sells fresh, high quality food at a conservative price. The staff is very kind and helpful. I work next door and frequent this establishment for lunch or breakfast. Their samosas are to die for.
