I have searching Victoria for a takeout place to get a bagel with lox and this place hit it out of the park. The price is reasonable for the portion side and the food quality is top tier. I believe that the food is absolutely worth working around their limited hours. I have officially found my new takeout lunch spot. Dietary restrictions: Kosher

What a great little place! It's inside the Jewish Community Centre so don't expect a restaurant. Reminds me of a tiny town in Ontario I lived in where the Community Hall would have bake sales and all sorts of other events. Super cute. Will be back for another sandwich and to try the soup!

Matzo Ball soup was great, and the homemade bread that came with it was also delicious! Very friendly & helpful volunteer staff.

Lived nearby for years, never went in. That's years of sandwiches and soup I missed out on. Don't be like me. Fast service too, so if you're looking at the line for Fujiya next door and getting hungry, pop over and grab from the deli. You won't regret it.

We had the pastrami sandwich and the house salad. Both delicious! Try the Better Than Sex chocolate cake. You won't be disappointed.

So delicious! The people were so nice and the food was so good. I had the hotdog with onions and an order of the latkes and they were both phenomenal. I will be coming back another time for the matzoh ball soup.

You must try their homemade hot mustard on their pastrami sandwich. Also, their mini knives are delectable.Food: 5/5
