Servus Credit Union Stony Plain

This bank needs a renovation. The druve thru bank machine never works properly and there isn't one you can walk up to. I have to drive into spruce if I need to use the machine. I won't even bother coming to this branch anymore.

Needed a business bank account opened in a hurry, my home bank of TD told me I'd have to wait two weeks for a phone appointment. Manish met me in person 15 minutes before closing and had my business account and personal account set up the next business day. I'll be moving all my families banking to ATB after this very fats and professional experience.

As a new client, my experience with Servus has been nothing short of phenomenal. Our financial advisor, Taylor, has spent countless hours answering questions & walking us through the mortgage process for our first house. On top of that, Servus had the best interest rates BY FAR for both our mortgage & our vehicle loans. We actually ended up moving our loans over from Scotiabank to Servus after we set up our mortgage. The customer service has been incredible & I would HIGHLY recommend banking with Servus.

Let me start by saying, I do not bank here - and I'm very grateful for that! I stopped here to use their bank machine, as RBC does not have one in Stony plain. The ATM started to blink and would not release my card - giving me the error message that my card was being kept by the financial institution as it had " timed out". I called the bank first thing, the next morning only to be told that my card was destroyed - without even waiting more than 2 hours to see if someone called about it. So glad I do not bank with a company who takes it upon themselves to destroy someone's personal bank card without even waiting 24 hours. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst bank ever! All they do is put hold on your money for no reason at all I can’t go through a single week without this bank holding some money from me and I can’t ask them why because they never pick up the phone. Highly recommend you put this bank in the rear view mirror and never look back!

I am surprised to read these bad reviews, because I have been there for 2 years or more, and I haven't had anything bad, its been all good. I sure hope it stays good.
