I have been going here for around 15 years now, and I have always received satisfactory service. I have consistently been treated with the same respect I give them. Though with it being a bank the hours aren't always in my favour, being open on Saturdays has helped a lot with that.

Every time I come here they have 2 people working max. Btutal customer experience. Hate coming to this cibc. I would rather drive into spruce than walk down mainstreet.

Was there today and dealt with a lady named Tammy. I had rrsps at 3 different places and she was able to get them all but in to one place with no issues. She was super awesome and friendly even brought me spring rolls.

I wish I could give 0 star.. Most Disgusting service from CIBC.. Don't keep your hard earned money there. They Don't deserve it.

Been here many times, super slow service, every time i've had a problem they were not able to help. Just a bad place all around.
