ServiceOntario

2026/08/05nI had a short appointment here today to get my Ontario Photo ID. The male staff member I met was friendly and professional. It was a Wednesday noon, but not busy at all — a nice and quiet place. The only problem was the photo-taking system: it did not go through as expected the first time. After about 5 minutes, it was all sorted. Not the staff's fault at all, but usually things like that should not happen with competent tech guys behind. Still, a relatively efficient service overall, pretty satisfying.

I have always gotten the best service from Service Ontario at this location. Every person with whom I have interacted has been pleasant and helpful. The office is run efficiently, but I have never felt that anyone was rushing me or didn't have time to answer questions. Also, I have never had a long wait when I've come in without an appointment. I appreciate and have great confidence in the government employees at this location.
