Come in he get new plates and was told I need my ownership and fill out a paper to get them. Perfect. Easy to do. I go back into this building walk right by the person that told me what I needed and I get into line. I wait for like 20-30 mins and I finally get to one of the tellers. Only then to have one of them say I need the plates removed from my vehicle. I was never told this by the person at the front door. So basically wasted my time to not even get the plates done. Communicate better. Waste of time

Rude and unprofessional employees.. asked for CVOR and Abstract but the lady printed out the history and when I pointed out her mistake she refused to accept her mistake what a dumb lady she was

In and out in 30minutes. The staff here are incredibly helpful, efficient and really understand that no one wants to be there waiting in line. I drive out of my way to go to this location because they get things done in such a timely manner!

The woman that assisted me with renewing my drivers licence was miserable and rude.

as a mechanic. I write a safety and I cleary mark vin number on sheet. one digit is darker than the others but is clear and not changed and they refuse my certificate. customer goes to another licence office and they accept it. horrible customer service
