Called in to look into a problem regarding my taxes. Person on the other end was so helpful and gave excellent advice. Really took the time to explain things clearly which was appreciated.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL YOU GET IS ATTITUDE AND EXCUSES FOR THEIR MISCOMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A HOME IN LONDON JUST TO AVOID DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE.
