I came into the office with minimal understanding of due process and many questions. Sarah was very patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She was expedient and greeted every question with a smile. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Service Ontario, ever

stay away from this place they seem to judge people here by their looks and choose to help them or shew them away so better to just stay away from this place

I have never met a more helpful kind human being anywhere but especially at a service ontario than the lady who was working today. I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you for just being you.

Got passport photos done here and they will not accept them because they are black and white.nAlso pretty sure the lady doing them is just pocketing the cash cause there was no option to use debit and she's using her personal camera. Seemed a little suspicious for a government building where you pay on debit for everything else.nGo anywhere but here for your passport photos.
