The old man is the owner. I think his name is John He's unpatient Only person that works there, he's fast but not that fast. Sorry for all you folks In Grey County. Come to Toronto You will see how fast it is!

Incredibly rude and unwelcoming staff. The gentleman working, seemed to be the owner was highly racially biased. The way he treated me and others was vividly diffrent. Wanted to register my motorcycle, there was one letter overwritten of the VIN, just one! He declined to process it because that’s the rule apparently. Went to another location, didn’t even ask a question and registered my motorcycle.

Not sure about those 1 star reviews. I just had a 11/10 positive experience with the staff here. Zero wait time, speedy service, accommodations treatment on a weekend before a holiday. This is hands down the best service I have ever had at a Service Ontario center ever. I was in a bind and needed some quick help before the long weekend. Called in first, the owner was great he confirmed I could make it in time. When I got there he sorted out all my issues immediately and quickly. I feel like this really is a hidden gem tucked away in a small town. Worth the drive and saved my weekend.

I gave this Service Ontario 1 star, I wish I could give them a negative rating. The operators are so rude.

Called on Saturday to ask about correcting a VIN number and the lady was so rude. So ignorant. So not helpful. Told me nothing could be done. She couldn’t give me any information on it or how to change an honest clerical mistake.

This gentleman has the worst customer service and professionalism I have ever encountered. I will not ever go back after the guy started yelling at me. I'd go to any other one first.

We called ahead to make sure we had all the correct paperwork and the gentleman was very kind and patient over the phone. Showed up Saturday early morning to a lineup as we expected due to covid; when it came our turn he made the process fast, easy and even saved us a few bucks!

I can’t recall the last time I met someone as rude and condescending as the man who appeared to be the owner at this Service Ontario location. For the sake of his business I hope he was just having a bad day. Ironically, a friend recommended I go there because of his positive experience at the clothing store where Service Ontario is located. I had also planned on browsing the shop as I’m a bit of a clothes horse and love to buy local; clearly that won’t happen at this store anytime soon. Instead I went to the Service Ontario location in Markdale where the woman was pleasant and cheerful.

Worst service, super rude. I tried on two separate occasions to get service from here and both times I walked in just before 5 they close at 530 he says get out he doesn't have time to deal with people. I would suggest going going anywhere else before coming to this service ontario even as a last resort
