I've seen the other reviews and I wonder if they are talking about the same place. I have been there 3 times in the last 3 months, and each time the service provider was patient and very friendly and professional. I just got off the phone with her with and enquiry and she brightened my day! Excellent service - 5 stars. March 26 2022: Updated my License and Health Card. Kelly was friendly, professional, very patient and could not have been more helpful! 5 stars.
Kelly provides excellent, fast and efficient service! She literally runs the place all by herself and like the Energizer Bunny, she keeps going and going and going and...... Know when to go, have the right paperwork with you and you're all set!
So where do I start, the lady behind the desk was very socialable made me laugh and had a great time, doing what is normally tedious tasks. Getting plates, stickers, drivers license etc. She said I made her day well she made mine. Most times when I go to service Ontario I expect miserable employees there. But this lady single handedly does it all with a smile. If this location wasn't so far away from me I'd go there for all my service Ontario needs. Way to go! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
The woman working on her own here was patient, helpful, and professional! There was a long lineup but she effectively, efficiently, and pleasantly answered all our questions with patience and aplomb.

Extremely rude woman working here, very poor customer service. Yelled at me and my 2 children as I was walking up to the door about being closed for lunch in a very angry and hostel manner. Stated “it says it right on my door”. When she yelled at me I wasn’t even close enough to see the sign let alone read it as the parking lot was full and I had to park off to the side of the building. I didn’t say a word, just turned around and headed back to my car. Then I heard her shouting in the same tone to an elderly gentleman who was approaching. My suggestion, hire someone who is more pleasant with better social skills. I’m disappointed I have to give this even s one star rating.
If I could give this location no stars I would. I have never had a pleasant experience here, and I have never gone to this location without leaving in a foul mood and having wasted my time and without accomplishing anything. The woman there is exceedingly rude and condescending. I have in the past and will from here on in go to the Shelburne location where they are helpful and one is treated with courtesy.
Rude. Rude. Rude woman. Miserable experience. Her unhappiness is evident. Not a person who should be dealing with the public.
It can be very busy but the lady is extremely efficient. I try to pick off hour times. Things get held up when people haven't done their homework and show up unprepared.
Without a question the best service ontario there is. Super fast, super friendly. Definitely will not be going to another service ontario if I can help it lol.
