This is what government interactions should be. Arrived for 9 am opening, waited about 45 minutes last in line, but was able to watch the clerk work her magic. No matter whoever showed up, with whatever problem, the clerk knew exactly what to do. In some cases, she had to offer alternative solutions to make things work. She is kind, polite and obviously knowledgeable. Listening to some of the other comments from other people, they've been there before and realize how capable she is, and how lucky they are.
Although my experience was wonderful when I attended to update Health card for myself and youngest son, my older son, being 18, has to attend himself. He has attempted to go to this location 6 times between 430 and 5pm as he works and this is the only time he can get there. Each time they are closed already or closing and will not service him. I have attempted to call the location to request if they can remain open till 5 as per their hours, but only get a recording and full mailbox.
We brought my 86 year mother in law to check on her identification card at 4:35pm, lady refused to serve us even though they are open until 5pm. She said she closed because she had to dealer plates. She was also very rude. Not professional at all. No excuse for any of this!!! Never going there again.
Although staff are professional and courteous, they are extremely slow for such a small place with hardly any crowd, approximately 20 mins per person.On top of that, they lock the doors 20 minutes early to the specificied closing time. I drove almost half hour before their closing time only to find the door locked while the staff was still inside.
Very good service, I love the lady that's working here she is a wonderful and kind lady, I have watched her working while I had to wait and she is nice to everyone even if they're not nice to her and helps you with what ever she can, come to this place if you want great service.
Very polite young lady ! I watched her serve the customers even the not so nice ones who were very rude to her with dignity and professionalism. Patient and courteous customer service . She was closed and still opened the door to help a young man with a suspended license.
Left work early, drove 40min, got to the location at 4:25pm. CLOSED Their hours are 9 to 5pm, I understand they don't want to be late every night also but there were only 2 people waiting inside. Very frustrating as this is not posted anywhere online and you can not call to get in touch with anyone.
Before going to service ontario in Sherburne today I looked up the hrs on Google, then I called to confirm, the voice mail said they were closed from noon till 1pm for lunch, I arrived at 11:26 am and the woman working there said they were closed until 1pm. I looked on the website plus called to confirm hrs so I wouldn't show up when closed, Sooo I had to wait more then an hr and a half for them to reopen. Not a well thought out system.
No Stars should be an option to allow post--- I cannot rate the service of this location since at every attempt over the last 3 weeks with various times and dates the location is closing early, locked doors at 4PM when hours state 5pm and not providing service or placements for return. Ridiculous! We are going to another location. Too many failed attempts for health card renewal and license plate renewal. Very disappointed. And I am hearing the same response from many others in the community at failed attempts and continuous returns to this location. Your VM box is full so how can you receive the complaints?
Had such a pleasant experience. The two staff members were so helpful and informational, and accomplished what I needed done when no one else elsewhere was willing to help. Thank you so much!!
