Overall terrible experience. Sent us home for an additional document and upon re arrival told they could not accomplish what we came there for. Misguided us and cost us many hours and a lot of money. The kicker? ANOTHER MTO DID EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED IN A MATTER OF HALF AN HOUR START TO FINISH.

The service was fast compared to other Offices. The customer service was excellent.

Friendly straightforward service. Had my proper ID/papers ready and there were just two people ahead of me when I got here (just before 4pm on the first Monday of the month). In and out in 5 minutes!

Make sure you have the right paper filled out and it's pretty quick. Customers who don't know what they are doing slow rings down a lot.

Went in on the weekend, staff was very friendly and helpful especially Angela. I was expecting to make a line and wait awhile but I did not have to wait at all. Very fast and great service.
