Today, I passed my G2 road test on my first attempt and I would like to give a very special thanks to driving examiner Paul.nnFrom the start, he was very professional and straightforward - yet approachable. Thankfully, He made me feel more comfortable and confident during the exam.nnHe was very kind and helpful during the process! His instructions were very clear and he also gave constructive feedback.nnOverall, my experience at Burlington DriveTest Centre was positive. Waiting time was fast and simple. I was there around 8 AM Staff were professional, and also congratulating.
Amazing DriveTest Centre, 100% recommend! Took me 5 minutes to solve an issue I have been trying to solve for 2 months at the DriveTest in Hamilton with no luck. Same documents, just different people at the counter. Very helpful and friendly, congratulations to these DriveTest representatives.
My daughter passed G1 test at Burlington drive test centre, but they didn't give her the temporary G1 license. When she booked driving class, the driving coach said she needs the temporary G1 which is a green paper to do the class. So my daughter went to Burlington drive test centre to ask for the green paper. We arrived around 4:45 pm . The centre closes at 5pm. After my daughter told them she wanted the green paper, the lady said she needs to go to service Ontario to get her G1 license. So we went to service Ontario and the people there said it's not their problem and asked us to go to drive test centre. When we were back to drive test centre, it closed already.nSo I went to Burlington drive test centre again this morning to talk to their supervisor/manager about this whole thing. The supervisor didn't feel any sorry and didn't think they did wrong at all. I just have two questions:n1, Who's responsibility to issue the temporary G1, the drive test centre or service Ontario? If it's the drive test centre, why they push us away to service Ontario when my daughter asked for the green paper?n2, When my daughter explained the situation to the person in drive test centre, she didn't even check it from her computer , she just asked us to go to service Ontario , does she have the right not serving us because their office is going to close soon?nThe supervisor said my daughter needs to be there again to get the green paper, she said she didn't know what happened and why my daughter didn't receive the green paper, maybe the computer didn't work at that time. Maybe she think it's normal for us to visit them three or four times to get the temporary G1 even thought it should be done by one visit?
Passed my G2 here and the examiner Paul was truly amazing. He gave clear instructions and was really kind. Gave me some tips as well, the staff inside were genuinely very kind. This center is not as how the other reviewers state. So do not get overwhelmed because this place is good. Thanks Burlington Drive Test Center
Today I passed G2. It was a different day. Because of my luck with the examiner Andrea, I don't know if I spelled the name correctly. A wonderful woman who brought reassurance and comfort. Her instructions were clear and her speaking style was very elegant. If there are 10 stars, it is well deserved. As well as the female employees inside, thank you Andrea from the bottom of my heart and a Happy Family Day to everyone at the center.
