The 2 Cranky Ladies Strike Again!nNot a great experience at all with two women working at the desk on Saturday. I went in asking about legal name change vs assumption and I was given completely wrong information, and once I proved they were incorrect they wouldn't admit their mistake and tried to justify. Very rude, and more importantly incompetent.nnThere’s no reason for individuals like these 2 to be employed, when there’s hundreds of competent and respectful individuals lined up and would be happy to take their place.nnJust looking at the reviews, there’s many about them, seems like a trend!

Extremely disrespectful of our time. Went twice and was told I didn't have the right documents. Went a 3rd time and something that was never asked for is now needed. So we went 4 times because the 1st time the lady working didn't tell us everything we needed.nnThe 4th time we were helped by someone else, who unlike the first two, did a little digging to find out we didn't need any of the documents her co-workers sent us back for.nnVery unprofessional.

I visited ServiceOntario to apply for a Photo ID card and had an excellent experience. Mary was professional, courteous, and very helpful in walking me through the process. The whole appointment was quick and well-organized, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. It made what could have been a stressful task surprisingly easy. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing government services like a Photo ID card! Girl needs a new printer tho.
