I've had the exact experience than the gentleman that posted the 1 star review: they've returned my call within 15 minutes of me leaving the voice mail. The two crews that showed up at different times in order to resolve my issue, where extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Contrary to what's expected from public workers, they where one-time, courteous and with very good customer service skills.

Just want to send a shout out to the whole Ajax - Pickering team who dealt with the clog in our sanitation pipe over the Christmas holidays. Absolutely everyone was friendly and unbelievably helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!!!

These people never rerurn calls. I have had my driveway riped up 3x since the winter and the pavers refuse to pave the parts that were cut up by accident due to city worker mistakes. Whenever i call i get the run around and always end up with voicemail which no one ever returns. Also the jobs these guys contract out are complete garbage dumping concrete on my front lawn and the worst jobs on fixes. Im going to my MP this time.
