When my husband and i first entered the woman at the table threw a big sigh like we were bothering her. She was so rude and showing us how annoyed she was by what we needed to get. She was not even holding in either! She was very unprofessional, and asked stuff that was bizarre to us! We got tired of how she was tresting us so we left. I preferred to go to collingwood where the service is better should i say a great service! Service Ontario / Service Canada should revise this place!

I don't know who the sour apples are that are giving 1 star, but my experience today was completely professional, courteous, friendly, and very fast! I showed up with 5 people ahead of me at 10:05AM. I thought I might be waiting up to an hour. 1 fellow registered 4 vehicles, 1 person had an address change, another person had 2 renewals, and 1 fellow just bought a vehicle that needed everything. I picked up a sellers package for my car. I walked out 10:18AM The fastest service I have ever had at one of these places. I complemented the 2 ladies for their speedy work and professionalism.

The 2 ladies were very helpful, pleasant & efficient! I renewed my driving license, plates & health card in less than 15 minutes.

Would rate 0 stars. When I walked in the woman picked up a folder pretending to be busy. Picture the most rude and condescending person you can and that was who was at the counter. I asked a simple question, she looked at my like I was dumb, and was extremely unhelpful. I would go somewhere else.

Personal were curtious, knowledgeable, and efficient. Minimal wait time and clean environment . Overall very professional, and a pleasure to conduct the required services in the establishment.

Very quick and pleasant visit, Louisa was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Would give a 0 rating if that was a option, the lady was not helpful at all, i ask a question and my response was " i would tell you but you'll forget". She would rather see you walk out the door in a poor mood than actually help you and make your day better.

Been there two times. Very friendly, professional and courteous. Also no waiting or lineups.

Negative 0 stars if I can. Extremely rude. Not sure why Service Ontario continues to hire people who are not fit for the job. Get another job

Staff follows their own rules. Very unprofessional and really needs a hug.
