I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service received at this office today. Upon arriving there were approximately 10 persons in line, however in less than 10 minutes the lines was cleared. It was my first time there and unsure of what to do but the employees were informative and guided me accordingly. Wonderful staff!

Yonnes really helped me! He was super courteous and professional, kind and knew all the answers to my questions. Service Ontario need more staff like this. Everyone at this location is also fast and efficient.

I walked in to find a long line but it did move. When I got to the front the lady apologized for the waiting so long in line. She helped me change my address and health card. She made me feel special while I was with her and had suggested that I make an online appointment next time to avoid waiting so long.nOver all I was completely satisfied with the service .

Today I went into this place and I have to wait in line for 1 hour till my turn come , but I must say it worth the wait. I got really lucky that I got as a great nice gentleman name Younus that give me the service that I was looking for.. it wasn’t only the service he provided me but he was very professional with his customer service and super kind , nice , and sweet personality to show his great service to me how he was more then happy to help me and can make his customer happy … I was very happy with his offer that I was looking for and didn’t think or ever think I could got the service that I was really waited.. he made my day and made a big smile on my face when I walk out of this place … I just don’t know how to put in a better words for this man but I must say he reserve a 10 stars if I can do it here for hi!!! Hopefully if his boss or manager reading this review he does deserve a best employee of the month or a higher promotion for his job … Thank you so much for the great service Younus can’t wait to see you again in 10 days … I had never been so happy like this before.. just don’t know how to express my feelings about this ! Once again thank you so much Younus for your great super kind service!!! nI have to edit this review again because I can’t open the other page to write a review about this place again .. but the comments now is for Judy because Yous wasn’t there to give me the service that I need to complete today so Judy was the one that served me and again she is also one of the great employee that does a great job with great friendly service and the most important that she want to make sure you got what you want and that you are happy .. Great i make this right choice coming to this place and it was my first time and will return again soon .. Thank you for the great service again my 2 new friends

More than 90 minutes in line. 7 employees at the front counter with only 2 employees helping people in line. The rest of the staff appeared to be working with dealer reps or on the phone. Elderly couples with walkers in line with no priority given. Those few who arrived with an appointment were taken care of leaving only one person to help those in line.nThe person who eventually did look after us was pleasant and efficient
