This ServiceOntario location is the BEST!! I would HIGHLY recommend this location to everyone in the Ajax/Pickering & surrounding area. All of the ladies that work at this location are so pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.nnI do want to specify that I work for a dealer, so I primarily deal with Judy A+++ at the dealer counter, but I see these women on a regular basis and they're all just so amazing to deal with.nKeep up the great work Christina & team!!nnUnfortunately, the same can't be said for the general public that utilizes their services. I witnessed the most disgusting behavior by a women and her friend earlier this week and it made me sick to my stomach. If you can't conduct yourself in public with a little respect and decorum, than you shouldn't leave your house! The way this woman spoke to these ladies on the counter was revolting. No one deserves to be spoken to like that. It was completely unwarranted. Something needs to be done to protect the staff at these locations, because the abuse they deal with on a regular basis is appalling. Please leave your bad attitudes at home!! Some people kids, I tell ya.....unreal!

Phenomenal service by Ms. Kartika and Ms. Sureka !!nIt was at a very challenging time when all my valuables were lost that I visited the location, and I was privileged to be served by the above staff.nThey were very understanding, supportive, and provided exceptional and efficient service, leading me to get my life back!!nI had been visiting this location for the past 10+ years, and the service had been great at all times.nOne could witness the great team spirit of the staff at the location, and I noticed all of them to be very cautious.nOnce again, I very BIG THANK YOU to both of you and the service location for your exceptional service!nKeep up the great work!

Surprisingly efficient! Came here to renew both my health card and drivers license and there were 6-8 people ahead of me on a Wednesday afternoon. I came in at 1:45 and was served and out the door by 2:10! Highly recommend.

I recently visited this centre to renew my vehicle ownership and received service from Mala or Kala i forgot the exact name and she was very helpful and kind. she was also very informative and aided me with the questions that I had. The lineup wasn’t long either as I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen the staff.

Very bad service by agents they are more focused in serving Dealership customers then regular public. When I address this issue to the team lead she ignore my concern and was giving me lecture like I was creating an issue. There was 7 window active but I saw 4 window are serving car dealers actively they just walk in and their work taken care immediately as they are only important regular customer time is not valued. Very bad service
