This city is violating citizens right under the charter of rights by stopping people from filming a public meeting.nLook forward to to multiply laws suit's coming your way by getting the police to force people out of a public meeting including Rebel news and others.youse are corrupt and your days are coming through the court's

A lot of food trucks,nThe place is nice and clean.

The area around city hall and the surroundings are disgusting ; unhoused people using public spaces is an eyesore and unhygienic; dead mice and squirrels in the parks & walkways; illegal trash dumped on sidewalks and parks; people vomiting in bus shelters and walkways; the food bank distribution site on Pickering Parkway cause traffic headaches with cars parked illegally on both side of the streets; cars speeding frequently through the Parkway and Valley Farm Road; graffiti and vandalized power electrical boxes; the Caprent apartments and properties need maintenance sheets hung on windows are trashy and brings no value to the areaand the list goes on. The esplanade and the surrounding area used to look good a decade ago, but the growth of the city caused many of these issues.

Staff was fast and very helpful. When to extend my driveway . They guided me in the best possible way.nnPlace is clean and well maintained.

Work is currently going on to replace curbs & roadsurfare on Storrington St. Instead of having the entire curb replaced after decades of wear & tear, City of Pickering chose to leave sections that were not as damaged. Looks awful. Spoke with construction team who said it would have been easier to replace the entire thing. Now we have to look forward to more work & torn curbs for this incredible thought-less decision. The person or team who came up with this should be fired! We went to Guildwood Park & Port union Rd is also having this work done, however, their city/team chose to do it right the first time & has the ENTIRE strip of sidewalk & curb replaced. Bad, Bad decision Pickering!!
