On January 10th, spoke with Carrol and reported that the street light is out on the corner of Sparrow Circle and Altona. She advised that it will be fixed within 10 business days.   On March 10th spoke with Sheryl and reported that I had called on January 10th to report a fused street light. She told me that she has no record of my previous call. Once again she said light will be fixed within 10 business days.   On April 11th spoke with Carrol and reported that I have called 2 times earlier about fused street light and it has not yet been fixed.    NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE.   Light was fixed on April 12.  3 months later!
