We had booked room2 for a birthday party for 50people . The process from start to end was very smooth. I had several questions in the process of booking and they were quick to answer. They were very accommodating and had their instructions laid out quite nicely. Recommend this community centre for a party

Staff failed to send policy ahead of time and when it came time to attend event, claimed a piece of equipment wasn’t allowed even though in booking it was specifically specified. They dropped the ball and made it the organizers responsibility. Staff was totally power tripping- literally required approval for masking tape saying “I need to be presented with the tape and approve it”. Proceeded to yell at and berate the facilitator of the event at full volume! How degrading and unprofessional! Actual nightmare.

Very disappointed in the staff at this facility. We attended a birthday party here and the three staff in shift were rude, threatening, unpleasant and disrespectful. Please do not rent this facility for an event you will be left with nothing but disappointment and a sour taste.

Went there for a kids birthday party.nStaff were completely unhelpful, rude, threatening and unwelcoming. Got yelled it and threatened to “shut the kids down”.nBy the way the kids were three and four years old.nTerrible experience.
