As usual, nothing is easy with this place. Maybe post what is required on the actual form or the we site before making people wait in line for an hour due to your horrendously slow service!
Beyond pissed right now. Went in by bus to do a change of information on my health card and get a Photo ID card. I was missing something far, on me. Went back the same day with the right information to find out that they can't do it, and I had to go to the Stone Road location. Update the Service Ontario site because that told me it'd work and tell me the first time I went in I needed to go to a different location. Kind about it at least.
