You should be ashamed of yourself and how you tried to justify costing the Ontario tax payers 4 Billion Dollars in interest payments with a political ploy to help gain votes. Not the legacy I am sure you want to leave behind, stand up do the right thing, and speak out against this. Your kids and your children's kids are going to paying for this political move for years it is shameful.

I am a single father now with alot of weird and well hard to deal with problems from the situation i am in and the girls in the office has helped me in the past few months. Cloghda is our hero as well My hunny and I had an issue pop up with FRO that had us completely stressed... especially at this time of year. Cloghda had it sorted out in a matter of days... less time than we spent calling them just trying to get ahold of an agent who never returned our call. Thank you Liz for hiring someone who's so good at their job... When I replaced my heating and cooling systems and was eligible to receive the "HEATING & COOLING INCENTIVE" offered by the Ontario Power Authority and my local electric utility,my contractor, for an unknown reason, neglected to submit the proper paperwork to qualify me to receive this incentive. Claghda, at Liz Sandals office was able to assist me and put me in contact with the right person at the Ontario Power Authority and I now have received my incentive. Thank you Claghda for all your interest and help in getting this issue resolved.
