if I could give no stars I would .. it is like going in a circle and never getting anywhere with them they tell you everytime you call looking for a update they say "they will send your resume in and will contact you for next steps" then you wait a week and call again and they say the same thing sometimes they will even get you to resend your resume over and over again and have you to come back in for another "interview" cause they don't obviously keep it on file its just a constant circle cause they actually don't care to help! save your time and don't go there!!

The worst company to ever start. The women there are unprofessional and rude. literally told me I had no rights as a temp employee after trying to remove me from my placement for taking the only personal day ever being with their company. I threatened to call the labour board and they quickly gave me my job back after claiming they mixed my file up with someone else. Did not record shift switches between employees, and then reprimanded said employees when they very well told them it was happening and confirmed it. Then quickly said it was an error. Completely rude and spoke about how nasty and smelly an employee was in the office while other new employees are doing orientation.. speak poorly of others. I knew the names and work ethic of random people pretty well by the time I left. Disgusting company. Do not apply here. They're worthless and should not exist anymore.

Completely unprofessional. Worst employees ever. They brag about their agency. And never follow up. If you mess up one time they drop you as a client. I talked to the manager and they hung up on me. I called back, and was told the manger dropped me. They arent working with me anymore and when i call they wont give me a staight answer. If you want to work for linimar, this is the place to go, because its only employer client is linimar.

Be careful when you will be send to work in Polycon. You will be forever with the agency. It takes more than a year for you to get hired. Employees are rude, especially to new comers. Good luck!
