I would love to share my experience with this location. The staff here is extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. I went in today to apply for my health card, and although there was an issue with my offer letter, the staff took the time to clearly explain what needed to be changed and guided me through the process patiently. I was able to get the job letter fixed within just 10 minutes and returned to apply again. There was no wait time at all—I was able to walk in and complete my application smoothly.nA huge shoutout to Mary, who truly made this experience stress-free. She is incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Mary went above and beyond to solve the issue and ensured everything was done correctly so I could get my health card without any hassle. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made a big difference. Thank you, Mary, and the entire team for such excellent service. Highly recommend this location!

Great service center! Went to get a new Health Card without an appointment on a Saturday morning around 10:30. I was in and out within 30–40 minutes.nnThe staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though it was quite crowded, the line kept moving quickly. Really impressed with how organized and efficient the team was!

I usually come to this location. Always busy, but have experienced excellent service with staff. However, they moved the seats towards the back, facing the entrance. However, nobody can see the entire ticket number. There is a flag in the screens way. I would suggest adding another maybe smaller screen above the entrance doors beside the exit sign. This pic attached is where I was standing and couldn't see it either.

This location is closest to our home, and I’ve been here several times over the years. I must say — the improvement in service is truly remarkable.nnThe staff were incredibly efficient, professional, and hardworking. The speed and quality of service have improved significantly since my last visit. Everyone was courteous and attentive, and they handled their duties with such grace and dedication.nnA special thank you to the kind lady at the first counter — although I didn’t catch her name, her patience and warmth made a lasting impression. She was exceptionally helpful and respectful throughout the process.nnThank you to the entire team for your continued hard work and commitment to providing high-quality service.
