I recommend everyone not to visit this Service Ontario ever because their customer service is horrible. I had about 20 people lined up in front of me and all I see is 2 employees working and they took sweet ass time to serve customers.. someone who is responsible for this branch should look into this and bring in full staff on a weekday or hire more people and give an opportunity for people who is interested to work for Service Ontario. Horrible/Unpleasant experience totally. I decided to write this review while I was waiting in line.. damn right!!! This is Not "Service Ontario" should be called "No Service Ontario"

Horrible, you will see 40 people lined up at any point of time, with only two open counters, one of the representative was chewing gum while serving customers, highly unprofessional behaviour. I ended up spending 2 hrs for a 10 min job.

Very fast. I went there 2 minutes before closing and was out within 5 minutes with new plates and ownership transferred. I didn't feel rushed and the associate who processed my application was so nice, calm, helpful and professional the entire time. I am definitely going there next time.

like most of ontario's driving business, this one is just as crappy as others. If you get a one in a bad mood, they'll make a judgement before helping you and give you reasons why your wrong.

Line ups are sometimes long but the girls are really quick.
