Kind staff! Do pack on patience because the wait can be long. If you make a scene, it will make it worse.

I went there yesterday . and the lady at front desk was so wired she was on her phone for first 15 min . whenever i ask her question she replied `` i dont know or i have no idea`` . she did this with other 2 more people. too. shes pretty rude with some people. i don`t know who hire her, she so unprofessional and have no idea what shes doing.  At the end  and remcomended me to go to other ontario service. Im so disappoitment on her. i saw she was yelling on a baby just because she was crying. ONTARIO SERVICE NEED TO FIREEE HER .

Good service and they try to work as fast as they can for you. They can improve on the number of working people on weekdays.

they don't do passport renewals if you need it done in under 6 weeks.  otherwise, nice spot with tonnes of seating.
