Awesome service! We have been using Servicemaster for a few years for regular carpet cleaning and shop floor maintenance. I am happy with their efficiency and professionalism. The Servicemaster teams have followed up after every job to ensure my satisfaction. It’s nice not having to worry about the next service date they call me to set thing up.

If you have severe damage DO NOT RELY on this very unprofessional and untrustworthy company. They caused BLACK MOLD to FORM AND GROW throughout 2300 sq ft house due to their negligence and lack of ethics. Carl Carlson crew will come to your home, offer you cash $ for your valuables and if you refuse to sell what they want of yours, they'll damage and destroy your items thousands of $$ worth) UNSANITARY!!! Do not trust your home will be sanitized by them. Octagon had to show up 8 months after service masters completed work due to the toxic and hazardous condition they created and left in a flooded home.
