Octagon Cleaning cleaned the mold on our very old beach cottage crawl space.  They came out to assess the property and the job, and got back to us right away with an estimate.  They answered all our questions promptly and went out of their way to accomodate us as we live away from the property in the winter.  They sent us email updates of the progress of the work that was done and included clear pictures of the before and after.  We were very pleased with their work and professionalism and excellent communication with us from start to finish.  A++ work!

I highly recommend Octagon Cleaning and Restoration. They were able to get in and out very quickly. The work areas were always left spotless and they were very patient with my dog and cat, who assume that they are helpful and I'm sure were a bit of a distraction. Thank you so much Octagon!!!!!

We were impressed with the entire Octagon team during our recent service. Robert was a much needed knowledgable resource, providing advice and recommendations beyond the services that Octagon performed. Darla in the office was such a pleasure to work with as we scheduled service, happy to help with any inquires and endlessly friendly. The service team was thorough and always willing to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We were able to get to know technicians Justin and Scott as they worked hard to resolve a basement issue. We could not have been happier with their services in such an inconvenient home repair situation. Justin worked the most on our long project and we hope that we can request his services for any future projects that may arise. The whole team made us feel as though they truly cared about the quality of work which provided us with peace of mind. When we forgot to remove small components of our home security system prior to demolition resulting in their accident disposal they were happy to replace them. A courtesy we dearly appreciated. Overall, a much more pleasant experience than we could have expected from a large, expensive project.

The crew at Octagon were nothing less than outstanding. Polite, professional, informative and went about and beyond. Very grateful for their prompt and compete services. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Very pleased with the service and price.  Needed carpets dry before Sunday Service and they made it happen.  Very friendly and courteous staff.
