I brought my fitted ball caps to sabattus street laundry matt 8 of them an they sourced them out to this place I return to pick up hats to find out $98.00 total bill I was so shocked no one informed me proper price in the book at laundry mat it said 3.30 per hat which wrong selection of hat but only hat option in book otherwise I would of NEVER left the hats. So I call to complain to johns an the owners on vacation for week the employee tells me. So I say to her if I go pick these up I don't want your boss telling me if price was to high why did you go to get item..we agreed to have owner call me when returning from vacation so we could talk.. so mean time hats sit on shelf on sabattus street so finally I bit the bullet an went to pick them up I did not want to lose these items because we all know it happens. Then I receive a call from johns employee telling me she spoke to her boss an there's nothing they can do .....PLAIN OUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE boss should of called not employee very upsetting I will never ever bring anything there ever.

Not handicap accessible. Rude. Mediocre work. My blanket did not turn out well. I will never go back.
