I went to the branch to submitted some documents and was speaking with a rep who claims to be Stacey ( Chinese lady)who was less than helpful. After reviewing my file she gets up to make photocopies and in the process proceeds to discuss my file with the front desk lady (the only time she smiled was when Stacey and her was talking about my file). The lack of professionalism was to excepted in most government office. After she gets back I ask her why was she discuss my file and she claims that she was asking for a second opinion or clarification. Isn't this why you have a supervisors or managers? What a load of horse dung, but as they say what goes around comes around. Good luck on your attitude!!! You're gonna need it.

I went there today at 11:00- 11:30 for renewal of my sons passport and they said they cannot process it as the system was down. I will try tomorrow and see what happens.

Haha i love the clowns that work there. They barely work from 10 to 4pm and when they leave they are all high fiving each other like they did something positive. I work in the mall and not a single store knows anything about any of their antisocial employees. Cant believe we are paying good tax money for their 22$/hr salaries with little service and lots of attitude. Please remove these oldies and hire young blood. Sincearly..a tax payer
