I would give it a half star if I could . This place is bunches of old cranky of ladies work in here . The service was terrible , and they all got long faces just like they had family members just passed away yesterday. Never come here again !!!

Today go there again early in the morning, still very long waiting line outside the office. The work efficiency is constantly low. Why can't this plate or card renewal be done online or by KIOK machine? Most of the work to be done by an employee in the office is just to verify the ID , take photo, signature and print a temporary license!

Super long wait time and terrible attitudes. Staff members are rude and offered absolutely no assistance and was keen to get everyone out of there ASAP.

Can you give less than a 1 star? This place is awful, completely understaffed and undersized - 2 people 'working' with a line snaking out the door. I wouldn't have even gone if the damn website would actually complete a transaction successfully.
