Probably one of the faster locations in GTA! The ticketing system was great. People waited outside and only about five or six people inside in order for safe physical distance due to Covid. The person who worked outside did great by keeping the queue in place. Customer service was helpful, efficient and friendly! Definitely recommend this location!

This location always has lot of people. I came here months ago they took picture that couldn't produce it for my renewal. I made a visit again I came before the closing, they told us to line up When it was closing time, they locked up and left all the people outside but a lot of us came before the closing. The lady agents nor the security guard didn't explain to us. The lady was rude and pushed a customer. It was quite a scary scene. Both parties wanted to call police. I didn't know what happened afterwards.

I went to this office around 11 am this morning and 14 ppl ahead of me and it was so cold. There were only 3 counters open and it took about 2 hours to get what we want done. I asked them why only 3 counters open and they mentioned other 3 of them are off for more than 2 weeks. Since service Ontario privatized this is happening everywhere. We have to wait almost all day to get government services done. These private owners do not want to pay labour so they reducing cost by cutting employees. This increases the wait time and also putting pressure on the people who actually working. I hope the government check on these private owners and take action

I had a great customer service agent Devi who was beyond incredible. She helped me with everything I needed to take care of with a health card renewal, and license renewal and she had an amazing personality and great customer service skills. You truly cannot find this type of service nowadays, and she is the heart and soul of that Service Ontario, and I recommend everybody go to Devi because she will put an instant smile on your face. Service Ontario this beautiful soul deserves a raise.

Visited here today and the ticket system was very effective. The security guard was very vigilant and kept the bulk of the crowd queuing outside. I only had to wait 15 minutes before I was served. The lady who helped me was very thorough and whilst they weren't able to help me at that location, the information that they provided lead to success. A much better experience here than I was expecting.

Long wait at this location then to find out they don’t do direct vehicle transfers. Apart from that, the middle-aged clerk was very unprofessional and rude. She said to go to a commissioner's office to get the vehicle certified and come back to complete the process. My legit question was "Do I have to wait in line again?". She bluntly said, "Did I say you have to wait in the line again?" She only mentioned using a pass she'll give me after the fact. Your better choice is the Unionville office which I ended up going to since they complete the full process in one shot. They are very friendly and professional at that location.

I still here line up for my license renewal. I am here line for for almost an hour then a security come out from the office and call out for waiting number. Then I realize I have to get a number to line up. No one outside to tell us to get a number. Very bad idea. Lazy stuff.

Such a bad experience, very poor service 26 people Way waiting outside in a cold weather. The guy who works there keeps mentioning there’s no guarantee can’t get in. No tickets issued on 12 noon time.,they just issued tickets only until at 11am. Very slow service and very small space to get in. They should have an hour extension if they are only the office open on Saturday. Hey this is a government service, if they have a limited time to do services, they should put in on their website. Horrible experience!!!

Security guard there is useless and incompetent. We were instructed to take a number and to SPECIFICALLY told to stand at the corner of the building. Space is limited and cramped where pedestrian walkway is very close to parking spots. We were standing there close to a handicap spot when a crazy old white couple rushes up to the parking spot, and narrowly hit us. They confronted us belligerently shouting insults and profanity, and was trying to intimidate us by wanting to fight. We tried to tell them that we were waiting like everybody else. Security saw the whole thing but did nothing. This is a racially motivated attack and hate crime, and am disappointed to see that it's happened at a government public service agency with such inadequate security in place.

Well organized, token-based entry. Went on a Saturday morning at 10am servicing token#26 and got my turn at 11:05 token# 79 The staff was courteous and quick. Overall, a good experience.
