The lady at the door was very nice. The fella at the desk was so painfully robotic and showed no joy in his place of work . Made me feel very uncomfortable. Very militant. I Just wanted a application.nMy thoughts are by putting a kinder more personable worker in this position, your processing of clients would go much smoother. People are at all kinds of levels and age groups. I deal with many personalities and have good understanding of the kind of people I’m dealing with within seconds. he should be sensitive to elderly, or disabled, young or new arrivals. Everyone has different needs and ways of understanding. This guy doesn’t have those skills.nI felt intimidated and provoked into a negative rabbit hole .

Depends which service member you get. A couple do everything to help you, despite a greater broken system, another that I had today was robotic, cold and did everything in her power to get me out of there as fast as possible. I always wonder with service people such as this, if they would like to be treated in such a way if things were reversed. In the greater scheme, my passport application remains unresolved after six months of waiting. Not this offices fault necessarily, but robot service representatives do not help the cause whatsoever.

Some other reviewers have used the word robotic. My spouse and I came away feeling the same but used the word arrogance to describe our experience. That ‘s how the service representative came off. The sign at the desk says staff will not tolerate rudeness etc. Perhaps they need to adhere to that expectation.

I have a question, it seems you only work 7-1/2 hr days, and if that includes a 1 hr. lunch period and 2 10-15 min breaks, it would make your work day only 6 Hrs. and 10 min. As a tax payer i would be interested in knowing your rate of pay and Hrs. worked in a week. one part of your blog says you olly work 4 days a week the the other says 5 days a week, on says closes at 4:30 the other says 4:00, is this just a hard thing to figure out because you are aa govt. employee, 6Hr 10 min day, not sure what time you close, sounds very interesting for a federal, or municipal employee , kinda scares me as a tax payer.

Fast friendly service with zero issues. Both ladies in there polite and eager to help. Other reviewers on here appear to be hangry....care for a Snickers?
