The Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce is the “voice of business” for the Alberni Valley.

Story

Registered under the federal Boards of Trade Act, the chamber is a membership-driven organization focused on continually improving the business climate in the community.

The Chamber is also home to the Port Alberni Visitor Centre. Stop in for local, regional and provincial information! We have maps, guide books, and other travel information.

We also have a gift shop featuring local artists in our area from t-shits, books, postcards, jewelry, photos, and other unique items!

Great place to stop before heading to Port Alberni, Tofino or ucluet. BATHROOMS are clean. Free wifi. Also has maps of thos area and a trading library.
A great place for info on all things Alberni & the local area. Good quality gift shop. Super helpful staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of take-away information on the many, many things to do in the Alberni Valley. Also lots of locally made souvenirs for sale at reasonable prices. A much larger and better equipped visitors centre than expected.

Great as always...lots of tourist information and nice selection of things to purchase. Good attention to all the virus guidelines and restrictions. Very welcoming, well informed staff !! Nice clean washrooms ...a great place to stop.
These guys were great. I stopped in to see if they had some info on the highway conditions going to Ucluelet, and they had it all ready and available. Gave me a page with the details including closure times so I could plan my trip. Fantastic!
So pleased to find accommodation that didn't say anything about my beautiful bare face because they understand that medical advice is dispensed by doctors, not front desk staff.
The Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce is full of ideas about helping small businesses to connect with each other, to keep current on a wide range of business related current events, and to receive a range of services at better rates than a single business might normally get. Highly recommend!
They are so helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to find out anything they may not know for sure.
