Omg what a fantastic experience. Walked in around 2:30 in the afternoon to renew my passport. I was called up immediately. A lovely clerk named Laura served me. I was in and out in 10 minute. Extremely happy with the excellent service . Thank you

My experience was pleasant. I lucked in with a quiet office on a Monday afternoon. I was able to easily find the passport renewal form I needed in the office, and I had reviewed the information online regarding necessary items for my passport renewal before my visit so I was properly prepared for the application process. I was worried this would take a long time or be a difficult process however it was an easy experience and I am happy with the service I received during my visit today.

The people working at this location were fantastic. It was a great experience. Most of the complaints about how long it takes are from people driving at least 40 minutes each way to get to the location.

Very Rude!! I am trying to get my passport I forgot something I didn't know I needed to renew my passport so I left and came back I am 40 minutes away came back and then she says I filled out a spot I didn't need to fill out I didn't know sorry and then says to me can't you read go fill a new one out very ignorant and I left I would have been ok to refill out but for her to say can't you read! I will go else where I wish I got her name because the 2 girls beside her seemed super polite and helped people that were coming in filling in forms she was just rude!

I have to say this is the best MTO, I have ever been to! And I've been to a lot. We came from Woodstock Ontario to pick up our new vehicle in Orangeville. Kelly and her team were very knowledgeable and helped make the whole process a breeze. I'd come back again just to experience the great service. I wish all MTO's were like this.
