Great service, thank you Laura. She helped us with our sons first passport application, it was very convenient and we were done in 15 minutes. Kudos to the guard for screening and asking questions upfront at the desk also.

Service was okay after you can enter the office. Parking is available on the street. Office has 4 counters but only 3 were operating. Reception desk staff seemed very relaxed with little to do. There is always a wait outside the office for 1-3 hours with 30+ people lined up if going at noon time. We went to apply for a passport with all documents ready. No public washroom or clean place in the neighborhoods. This office needs some improvement. There is a Pizza Pizza store next door, nice people but washrooms are terrible if they allow you to go after ordering food.

Visited on Aug 29, 2022 for new passport. We reached at 7:30 am and had 10 people already ahead of us. Sharp at 8:30 first person was called in. We went inside around 9. They had four counters but only two were operational, due to which line was moving very slowly. Our turn came around 9:45 because three appointments were also attended simultaneously. I am sharing this to provide an idea to others about the situation at this centre. It took us 2.5 hours total to get our work done. Staff was very polite and overall experience was good.

I came here for updating my sin number. Cory was the staff member who attended me. She was very rude and disrespectful, doesn’t know how to talk. She was debating with me for no reason. Discrimiting. Worst service ever.

Line up for SIN is 6-7 hours at 8:45 am !! You should come here at 6 am in the morning!!

Not sure what all the fuss is about but my experience was fantastic...arrived early Friday morning to renew a passport had all the paper work filled out CORRECTLY and I was in and out in less than an hour and as a bonus I had my passport back in 10 business days ...GREAT SERVICE!!!

Big lines security gaurd came out and told everyone 12 o clock that had enough people so can go home. We waited for 4 hours in cold got nothing.

Tis office is very busy but the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond with regards to professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Laura and all the security officers!

Very poor services... No organization at all... Queued up from 7.30AM, at around 3.30 Pm was told to come again next day.... All that effort in the winter weather is in vain 29th December extremely slow services...

Starting out from security guys very polite and initiate to help each and everyone Laura who helped me, is very humble and one of the good staff member among all
