Went for a fund raising event and took my girls. They had suck a great time. The facility is clean and they even have a snack bar. Lots of seating to get laced up before you hit the ice.
Wonderful recreational facility which has a library as well.
First time there. And quite a very well maintained complex. Very clean. And even woman's bathroom surprised me, on a Sunday at how clean it was. Could it have been more clean. Yes. I continue to wonder why, soap dispensers, toilet paper and hand towels. Continue to be a struggle for staff to keep on top of. In so many public washrooms. Not only arenas. Thank you for those who do struggle to try to keep up this nit so wanting to do job.
Always lots to do! Great spot for young families to enjoy the skating, library branch, pool and other recreation opportunities. Frequent special events and snack bar!
The center has a lot of activities to sign up for. Gymnastics, hockey and many more. Community events get hosted here all the time. There is also a little seating area with a snacks shop where you can sit if waiting on somebody to finish their class. It also has the library. It's the only one open until mill st library reopens after renovation in 2023.
Horrible place for a music concert. Hard surfaces and weird angles result on an acoustic nightmare. Sightlines are poor. Generally not the place to hold a concert.
I play hockey their twice a week in a 65 & up shinny group. Been playing their 5 years now. With a great group of guys. After the game we go for lunch at a nearby pub/ restaurant. The ice is always flooded & fast.
I saw a few ppl get hit by the kids running around and playing hockey in the lobby. No staff and no parents around. Not to mention the three little boys hanging out at men's washroom. Come on ppl have a clue. Just an incident waiting to happen. Quite disgusting
Fantastic place to take your kis and grandkids for some structure and learning with a bit of fun thrown in.
Great arena, love the walking track in the green arena, nice big change rooms, clean and wide halls and doors to get through with all your gear. Not a lot of seating for watching but have mats on the floor so makes it a little more tolerable.
