Ever since home delivery of oversized packages was cut off, They are the ones that will not fit in a rural mail box. I have had to drive a 26 km round trip to the Post Office in Caledon Village. This is doing nothing to help my Carbon Footprint. I’m not the only person who has deliveries from Amazon and alike. I see many packages there from Amazon and The Shopping Channel, so there are a lot of people who have to do the same. So the amount of money that is save by the Post Office, by not having that one person deliver the parcel (as before,) is gone up in the air for everybody, in gasoline and car wear and tear expenses.

Absolute worst customer service I had ever experienced, can definitely tell this is a government job. After waiting almost 20 minutes for the canada post lady to get off the phone, me and another customer behind me were barely acknowledged. It was no secret that I was unimpressed with her (Linda's) service and me nor the customer behind me received an "im sorry for the wait". If I didn't have to wait at this location to pick up my passport than I would have left.
