Efficient, polite and respectful and professional staff, I had a great experience at this location. My My examiner was really nice and made me feel comfortable during my test and the lady at the counter I talked to was okay. She wasn't nice but she wasn't rude either, neutral. MY examiner came pretty quickly to my car, so I wasn't there for too long. overall wait time, test and getting license literally took me no more than 30 min! I recommend this location to anyone who have had bad experience in other centers like I did in the past.

Dnt waste your time and effort if Giving test for F class or bigger. Worst place to go. Most racist place. Specially Male balled head examiner and his supervisor. They dnt have marked area, such as signs and where to park when come for driving test. The examiner came and shouted at me that why I didn’t park at the corner? Then examiner asked me to elaborate minor and major defects and what will i do. Didnt say DefinitionDidnt say word to word i did my best to elaborate and demonstrate and yet he failed me by saying that you didnt tell me part c from schedule 2 word to word so you cant pass. When i asked supervisor lady that this is double standard and total confusion she said nothing she can do i can complain only. And on Nov 7 2022 i try to talk to her and male instructor both raised their voices and verbally abused me. And without listening to me supervisor told me leave property otherwise she will call police on me. Dnt you worry supervisor lady i will take proper action against you and i will make sure that you are answerable for your action. Its not a threat. i will complain against you.

Did my G test here on August 23, got to the drive test centre 30 minutes before my test, went in to sign in at the self-serve kiosk but my license wasn’t going through so I took a ticket and was served right away from a nice lady. Got back into my car, waited 10 minutes and the examiner got to my car at 1:37 when my appointment was for 1:45 which was amazing and earlier! I read these reviews prior to my test and they all got me nervous but I got a neutral examiner who told me the instructions and made sure I understood. I passed and am super happy it’s all done! It may be a hit and miss at this location but overall my experience was positive.

Don't go here if you hold other nationality. I show racism clearly as people reviewed before or they want to make more money but thanks not going again here. Without any major fault, a very old and sort lady fail for G test. She asked to move in stop sign without stopping if no one there? Ask to drive fast even speed limit is 40. Are you serious? I don't have complaints link otherwise for sure do that. Very sort length of highway like 5 mins and ask to change lane 4 times and told me don't rush to change line. If no one behind and sort length, why gone take long time to change lane? Just focus on safe drive which we all need. No one seeing review here. It just for your reference. Choose centre wisely otherwise wastage of money and time.

This morning my husband had g2 test appointment at 9:50. His English is not well and his examiner was such an amazing gentleman. He made him feel very comfortable and took his time and tried everything to make sure my husband understand everything he says. Amazing staff. Thank you

I drove 40 minutes to wait 2 hours to do my G road test. The instructor was so rude and told me my road test was perfect except I was not observant because I didn’t turn my entire body around to look into my side view mirror and failed me. Literally said to pay the fee again. Such a cash grab and clearly just want to make money off of people. Do not go here to do your road test, they will fail you even though everything was “perfect” lol what a joke.

Honestly, set appointments for people online so they do not have to wait so long. This is 2022...get organized!!!!! Certainly you can do a better job of this organization and run down place. No seats and get ready to wait outside in bad weather conditions. We have been her 2 hours and the line has not moved at all!!!!!! Will NEVER come back here. Need help to organize it better? Get a new place to fit the population growth.

I passed my G test on my first attempt here. As long as you obey the rules and follow instructions then you are good to pass. Compared with other drive test centres, I found this location a lot easier. The highway is only 80 km and the road isn’t as packed as long as you come between 10 AM-2 PM. Anyone who plans on doing their G road test, I highly recommend this place.

Very unprofessional. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Examiner was horrible rude did not acknowledge me at all. He ignored me when I was trying to be polite and say hi how are you. He yelled at me in the car bringing me more anxiety during my test. As well made me feel like I was not a human being the way he was speaking to me. Did not explain directions and tasks at all during test. Expected me to read his mind. Was not any help in making me a better driver. All he did was scream and rush me the whole test. What a waste of money. Do not recommend this drive test centre at all. People are so rude. Someone should really humble these people and put them in their place.

Hi.. My examiner was Sean , he was very calm and gave clear instructions, I was nervous but with him I felt relaxed in a minute and was able to clearly follow his instructions and pass the test! He was on time and the staff inside also were helpful to provide the new license!
