Not very impressed. Speedy charged me an arm and a leg for a steering wheel alignment and change of the control arms, $1,100 plus tax (I have a 2010 Toyota Camry, not a Land Rover). I get it, you need to make some profit, not every garage does tire alignment, so because the car was already there, I said sure just do it, knowing that the price was inflated. What I should have done is called my mechanic (which I did after the service with Speedy, they told me it was $700 including labour) When I picked up the car, to my surprise the steering wheel was still pulling to the left. I called back and told them I needed another appointment to fix the issue, the gentleman on the phone said "oh yea I remember your car, we didn't end up doing the alignment because it was just the control arms that needed to be fixed." So I asked why I was still charged $100 for the alignment!? He immediately started to back track, then when I went back to the garage they said" oh sorry for the mistake, not sure what happened." In short, they lied about doing the alignment the first time (clearly it was never done), and charged me for a service that they did not complete on their end. I had to go back twice to fix the problem with my car. I won't be a returning customer.

Took my car here for an oil change. Usually we went to the dealer to get this work done, because I hadn't trusted mechanics I had used before. Speedy Kirkland is *so much better* than other places I have used. Friendly service, and they make you feel like a member of the family. If you're not getting your car work done here, you're missing out.

I made 2 last minute request, I’m well aware that I did the same mistake twice, but they managed to pull it off both times. They did everything in a timely manner and the price was more than reasonable, actually it was cheaper than every other shop! Honest and friendly people, which is rare these days in the mechanic field. Keep up the great work and thank you for the excellent service!

I never really thought about this place until one day I needed a garage to look at my car. What a surprise it was, great service, really informed mechanics and relatively fast repair work. I have been a customer ever since.

Went to speedy to get my tires changed and get a noise checked out. Speedy said it was the rack and pinion and both control arms. The total summing to 1700$. After getting a second opinion, the rack and pinion did not need to be changed and the new total of my repairs was 660$. Will never come back!
