We gathered 36 family members together for a long weekend in July 2014 to celebrate our wedding. All of our family stayed at Serendipity, in a total of 11 suites. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Serendipity gets lots of little things right, from thoughtful touches in the kitchens to lovely linens. The bathrooms are gorgeous--modern, tiled, with wonderful "rain" style shower heads. The pool is great, and there are multiple other outdoor spaces where groups can gather to eat and talk. The on-site staff are friendly and helpful, keeping an eye on every little thing and making sure everyone is comfortable. The location in downtown Grand Haven is perfect--we could walk to everything. It's amazing that Serendipity was able to create this facility in downtown Grand Haven. We are fans and our family are already making plans to come back next summer.

Great Location for our Anniversary Celebration !!! Rented both suites of the Garden House for 13 relatives.  Something for everyone - pool, ping pong, fire pit and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very congenial and the grounds were beautiful !!!

We stayed there the weekend of 6-14-14 for my friends wedding. It was a very nice, and large place to stay. It accommodated all of our friends comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice as well. Also, everyone loved the pool. I would highly recommend this place to others for such occasions, or to just visit Grand Haven.

This is the place to stay in Grand Haven.  It's got a fabulous pool and cookout area as well as ping-pong, outdoor fire pit and tiki bar complete with torches for a great vacation atmosphere.  It is located in the heart of this lovely family friendly resort town so you can walk to restaurants, the waterfront and the beach!
