Everything was top notch besides the room itself I thought. I prefer a sink and mirror in the bathroom, not in the hotel room area. Fan in bathroom didn't work I thought, we let them know as we left so they said it was just a very quiet fan. I couldn't tell a difference work it off or on. Our room was next to elevator and ice machine, I pretty much woke up all night to noises because of the high traffic area our room was located. That said staff was super friendly, beds comfy, morning hot breakfast was delicious and opened as early as 6 which was nice.

What a pleasant experience!! From the moment we walked in the doors, Scott was so helpful, recommending places to eat and activities in Holland. Breakfast each morning was superb, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Our room was clean and well cared for. Thanks for a great weekend, Best Western!

Carpets are very dirty. One of our guests wore white socks and the bottoms were black on two separate nights after just walking around the room. The first floor rooms have outside access which is always a great perk. The walls had some chipped paint. The pool had some bugs in it and was a little cooler. The hot tub was pretty nice. The fenced in outdoor area was a nice surprise with the hammocks and grill area. That is a great place to relax. The continental breakfast had a very good spread of items.

Aug 1/2017 $68 (+15 for 1 pet) very reasonable!!! Newer modern decor .. Clean, Very nice staff, comfortable matress. Baths are neat and adequate..all one needs . Air worked great. Rooms also smelled clean. Plenty of towels and pillows, extra in closet with full ironing board and iron. Coffee maker and microwave in room. Outside well kept and landscaped. Easy walk to main door from parking. Quick and easy 3 min jaunt from hwy. Easy to find. Workout room and POOL 24 hours. DOGS ALLOWED !! Grass and small pond in back of building. Nice varied breakfast. Also self make waffles, eating area was roomy. Sitting area near check in desk as well. A definite revisit in my book.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was spotless, hotel was very clean. Pool was great. And the free breakfast was a hit! Very close to a LOT of shopping and restaurants of all kinds. We got a whirlpool suite and that tub is awesome. I personally don't care for the pillows, but the bed was quite comfortable. Our first trip to Holland, won't be our last!!
